“Collaborating with organizations to amplify excellence"

Infrastructure Transition Strategist

I partner with boards and executive teams to navigate the most critical pivot points in an organization's lifecycle. Whether facing a founder transition, an operational overhaul, or a complex facilities relocation, I provide the executive-level stability and strategic rigor necessary to protect your mission while preparing for your next chapter.

I launched Beth G Consulting in 2019 to provide more than just 'temporary' support. I specialize in institutional stabilization—transforming operational friction into scalable, high-performance systems. My approach is built on nearly two decades of leadership across the nonprofit and academic sectors, where I have successfully managed complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystems and high-stakes infrastructure projects.

My work centers on four core areas of institutional health:

  • Executive Stabilization: Managing operational continuity through leadership transitions.

  • Operational Architecture: Designing the systems and workflows that sustain long-term growth.

  • Strategic Transition: Executing high-visibility relocations and infrastructure shifts.

  • Stakeholder & Governance Alignment: Bridging the gap between Board vision and operational execution.

From community-based organizations to world-class arts institutions, I bring the steady hand and analytical precision required for organizations in transition. I don’t just fill a seat; I secure the infrastructure.

If you are a Board Chair or CEO currently navigating a high-stakes transition and need a strategic partner to ensure your organization’s resilience, let’s connect.

Client Testimonials

“As Treasurer of the Board of Trustees of the Essex County Family Justice Center, I have had the privilege of working closely with our Interim Executive Director, Dr, Beth Guerriero during a pivotal period in the organization's growth and transition.

From the outset, Beth demonstrated exceptional leadership, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to our mission of serving survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, elder abuse, and other forms of interpersonal violence. Her ability to provide stability while advancing the strategic priorities of the organization was instrumental in ensuring continuity of services and strengthening the Center's operations.

Working collaboratively with the Board of Trustees, Dr. Guerriero maintained open and transparent communication, fostered accountability, and demonstrated sound fiscal and operational stewardship. Her thoughtful decision-making and commitment to responsible management reinforced the Board's confidence that the organization remained well-positioned to meet both its immediate responsibilities and its long-term goals.

In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, as Interim Executive Director, Beth Guerriero strengthened relationships with community partners, staff, and stakeholders while cultivating a culture of collaboration, integrity, and excellence. Her leadership inspired confidence across the organization and ensured that the Essex County Family Justice Center continued to fulfill its mission with compassion and effectiveness.

On behalf of the Board, I am grateful for Dr. Beth Guerriero’s dedication, resilience, and outstanding service. Her contributions have left a lasting and positive impact on the organization, and I have no doubt that her leadership will continue to benefit every organization she serves in the future.

It has been an honor to work alongside such a dedicated and accomplished leader, and I offer my highest recommendation without reservation.”

— Tikesha James, Treasurer, Board of Directors, Essex County Family Justice Center, 2026

"I had the opportunity to work with Beth during her interim executive director position for our non-profit youth orchestra and she provided a vital lifeline for our organization to help us understand our shortfalls, and prepare for the future. Her strong experience was very helpful to our organization as we confronted a shift in the post-COVID arts world. She took the time to meet with all of the relevant stakeholders in her first few weeks in the role and asked good, probing questions to better diagnose where to focus her time and energy. Beth is a great resource and has made herself available to answer questions about best practices, providing keen strategic and tactical advice to the Board of Directors for future-looking plans."

— Jacqueline Farmer, Business Manager, West Jersey Music Academy, 2024

“I had the good fortune to work with Beth while she was the Interim Executive Director of our organization.  She quickly dove in - fearlessly - to the organizational challenges we were facing.  Within the first few weeks she found significant opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth and operational efficiencies.  As an "Interim," however, I was most impressed with her dedication to following through.  Over the next several months she demonstrated her earnest commitment to our success, enacting the changes necessary to 'right the ship.' She was a deft change manager, counseling staff through the changes and reconciling very difficult moments with the Board with grace but also with a firm resolve. Beth's ability to 'quiet the noise' and lead with conviction was impressive.  And the integrity Beth demonstrated when faced with adversity would be an asset to any client and/or organization.”
