Four Pillars of Beth G Consulting:
My Services
-
Interim Executive Directing
With a strong skill set based in leading people, building trust and being highly organized, I can step into any nonprofit organization from Day 0 and seamlessly manage the day -to-day business and prepare the organization for its next leader.
I am experienced building boards, stabilizing finances, and managing development and operations, and have taken the Interim Executive Director Training through Support Center NYC.
-
Development & Fundraising
I am deeply experienced as a fundraiser and development professional in cultivating donor relations, corporate sponsorships and grant management, as well as providing board and advisory board support.
Projects range from short to long-term consulting, from discovery phase to event management, and building out comprehensive development plans. Whether for small, medium or larger nonprofits, I am excited to work toward building and growing fundraising goals!
-
Strategic Planning
As a thoughtful listener, I am skilled at artfully bringing together multiple organizational stakeholders and creating meaningful strategic plans for nonprofit organizations.
My experience in strategic planning included the co-creation of a plan for a major research institution and developing a plan for a large community organization. Together we will set goals and priorities, maximize resources, and focus on the future
-
Arts & Music Education
My work in music and arts education is broad, from curricular planning to designing non-degree certificates and revenue-generating programs for a major research institution to being a seasoned arts education mentor.
I am just as comfortable giving a 1-hour presentation to a several days long professional development training session. Recently, I was featured on the PBS TV show Arts Engines discussing music education.
